Returns Policy

At Little Links Golf Europe, we want you and your little golfer to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help with returns and exchanges.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Any accessories, manuals, tags, or included items must be returned with the product.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Item

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Our team will provide you with the next steps.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item received was incorrect.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing fault.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as Little Links Golf Europe cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure every Little Links product reaches you in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem

We will work quickly to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist where possible.

Cancellation Rights (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us within this period. Items must then be returned unused and in their original condition.
